Investment decisions are personal. Sometimes circumstances change, and we get that. Our refund policy exists to protect both you and the integrity of our platform.
Think of this as a guide rather than a legal document that nobody reads. We've tried to make it straightforward because dealing with money shouldn't feel like decoding a puzzle.
When Refunds Apply
We process refunds in specific situations where it makes sense for everyone involved. Here's when you can typically request one:
- Application fees paid but not yet processed into an active investment account
- Duplicate charges that occurred due to payment processing errors
- Technical issues that prevented proper service delivery within 14 days of payment
- Account setup fees if you decide not to proceed before account activation
When Refunds Don't Apply
There are situations where refunds aren't possible, mainly to maintain fairness across our platform:
- Investment funds already allocated to active market positions
- Advisory fees for services already rendered or consultations completed
- Market losses or investment performance below expectations
- Requests made more than 30 days after the initial transaction date
How the Process Works
Submit Your Request
Contact our support team at support@vrathex.info with your account details and transaction reference. Include a brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund. Most people hear back within one business day.
Review Period
We'll review your request within 3-5 business days. Our team checks transaction records, account activity, and service delivery status. If we need additional information, we'll reach out directly.
Decision Notification
You'll receive an email with our decision and the reasoning behind it. If approved, we'll let you know the expected processing timeframe based on your original payment method.
Processing & Completion
Approved refunds typically process within 7-10 business days. Credit card refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution's policies.
Common Scenarios Explained
Application Fee Refunds
If you pay an application setup fee but decide not to activate your account, you can request a full refund within 14 days. After activation, this fee becomes non-refundable as setup work has been completed.
Subscription Cancellations
Monthly advisory subscriptions can be cancelled anytime, but refunds only apply to unused future months. The current billing period remains charged as services were available during that time.
Technical Service Failures
If platform issues prevent you from accessing your account or executing planned transactions for more than 48 consecutive hours, you may qualify for a prorated refund of service fees for that period.
Disputed Transactions
If you notice unauthorized charges or amounts that don't match what you approved, contact us immediately. We'll investigate and process refunds for any confirmed discrepancies within 5 business days.
Important Things to Remember
Investment performance isn't grounds for refunds. Markets fluctuate, and past performance doesn't guarantee future results. We provide tools and guidance, but investment outcomes depend on market conditions beyond anyone's control.
Processing times vary by payment method. Wire transfers typically take longer to refund than credit card payments. We'll always use the same method you originally paid with unless that's no longer possible.
Partial refunds may apply in situations where you've used some but not all of a paid service. We calculate these on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness.
